We work closely with several charitable organisations - who generally use CRM to target potential donors and communicate effectively with these donors on an ongoing basis.

We are currently working closely with Global Angels an innovatove children's charity who champion the needs of children around the world. 

Global Angels required a fairly complex integration which would allow them to record information in Sage CRM which was captured from a variety of charity websites run by both Global Angels and their affiliates. The websites captured new donor information and any purchases that they had made. This information was imported nightly into Sage CRM and allowed Global Angels to then effectively target their donors by Country, City and items purchased.

This would in effect allow Global Angels to target donors in the local area for events (customise eshots into another language if required) or cross-sell products based on previous purchases.
