We were lucky enough to be asked to give a short presentation on the Benefits of CRM to a small audience at Broxbourne, Herts by Erkan Ali of Results Business Club.

We were warmly welcomed and the attendees were patient enought to sit through the presentation without falling asleep! 

It was interesting to hear who was using/not using CRM and what they were using it for. There was some real interest and we are looking to run some specific training sessions in due course.

It's been a while since we last took part in this kind of presentation so apart from being a little rusty it also reminded me that there is still a lot of work to be done in educating business in what CRM is and what the benefits of using it within a business are.
